I have just been taken back to my teen years with the “OH
BOY” show by Harlequin Productions. My days in the Whimpy
Bar growing up listening to the music of the sixties on the Juke
Box (knew all the songs and most of the words) we both met
going to the same clubs and listening to the same music….
Great show, thanks

We had a very enjoyable evening watching 'The Christmas
Cracker' Pantomime performed by Harlequin Productions, lots
of laughs in a thoroughly entertaining production and I must
mention the Staveley Brownies in the audience who had a
wonderful time I looking forward to seeing the 'Harlequins'
next production! The Company made a very generous
donation to the Bolsover Mental Health Carers' Support Group
which was gratefully received, and will enable them to cover
their room-hire costs for the next year with some left over to
help with our light-lunch costs. Thank you very much, for both
the enjoyable evening and the kind donation.

The Christmas Panto 2023
Thoroughly enjoyed the Wednesday Panti (?) mime performance (so
did the cast).
Properly traditional with corny jokes, slapstick, gorgeously arrayed &
outrageous Dames, audience songs with actions, kids on stage (the
comics dealt quite cannily with a couple of annoyingly cocky ones). In
the ghost scene trendy luminous faces replaced people wearing
sheets. Some of the songs I remember from when they first came out!
The spoken & sung parts were all well audible. Some of the actors had
been taking part for years, some were newer.
Harlequins gave generous cheques to Ashgate Hospice & Bluebell
Wood Children's Hospice.
Congrats on the script & the production as a whole. I felt there should
have been an opportunity at the end to applaud the excellent
musicians & technicians as well as the cast. I wasn't paid to write this
- Oh no I wasn't!!

Went to the Harlequin Productions Staveley pantomime last night in the
hall at the Methodist Church on Chesterfield road.
I definitely came home with the feel good factor. Worth attending in my
opinion.

My first time watching these amazing individuals who choose to put on
their productions and donate proceeds to local charities.
Wow! A night of laughing, singing, doing the actions to daft songs that
brought back memories of years ago with a warm heart. I cannot fault it.
In fact I could have sat through it all again. In a tough world right now for
just a few pounds a whole evening was filled. Even my 14 year old
daughters joined in and loved it.
Getting teenagers engaged and enjoying something without technology
is a feat in itself. So congratulations and thanks to each and every
member of the cast and crew. Can't wait until next years panto. Utterly
brilliant.
